Been down to the farm tonight, because I thought I ought to check the water situation given a heavy frost is forecast for tonight.
Just as well I did, as the Fordson engine was full of plain water, and there was water in the pump of the Goddess and the Dennis No2. The K4 had weak antifreeze, but not that much of it, so drained that into a large bottle just in case. The K2 has good antifreeze.
While I was there, I fitted the bell to the K4, as the bolts I ordered on ebay have arrived. It really looks the biz.
